enchilada sauce

½ cup enchilada sauce

tomato paste

2 tbsp tomato paste

parsley

1 pinch parsley

sour cream

2 tbsp sour cream

taco seasoning

1 pinch taco seasoning

ground beef

1 lb ground beef

tortilla

onion powder

1 tsp onion powder

dried thyme

1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

1. Brown the beef over medium heat.

2. Season with taco seasoning, tomato paste, and sour cream and mix well.

3. Spread a layer of enchilada sauce over each tortilla.
