Chicken Pesto Burrito

1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-size pieces.
2. Chop onion into small pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan, then add chopped onion and diced chicken. Add garlic powder and salt.
4. Cook it on low heat for about 8 minutes, or until the chicken is white and cooked through.
5. Add heavy cream and chopped parsley to the pan. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
6. To make pesto sauce, place basil leaves, pine nuts, lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, and olive oil into the mortar.
7. Mix all the ingredients until the pesto sauce forms.
8. Lay down the flour tortilla and spread a layer of pesto on top, then add the cooked chicken filling. Fold up the burrito. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.
9. Brush the tops of the burritos with the remaining pesto and place them on a baking sheet.
10. Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes. Cut the burritos in half and serve them with a side of your favorite sauce.
