Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich

1. Pierce chicken breast multiple times with a fork and cut in half.

2. Place chicken halves between plastic wrap and pound them thin using a meat mallet.

3. Mix together flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a dish. Bread chicken cutlets in the seasoned flour, then in breadcrumbs.

4. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry breaded chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

5. Slice sub roll in half. Brush both sides with butter and toast on a pan until golden.

6. Chop garlic cloves and parsley.

7. Melt butter in a pan. Sautee garlic then add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and parsley. Grate parmesan cheese into the sauce and stir.

8. Slice cooked chicken. Spread sauce over toasted bread and top with sliced chicken. Pour some more sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with parsley. Cover with the other bread slice, cut in half and serve.
