Cream Cheese and Jalapeño Egg Rolls

1. Chop bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan over medium heat until browned. Remove bacon and leave the rendered fat in the pan.

2. Finely chop jalapeño and add to the pan with the bacon fat, saute until softened.

3. In a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and sauteed jalapeño. Mix thoroughly.

4. Take an egg roll wrapper, brush with water, and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.

5. Fold wrapper in half, ensuring the edges are sealed to prevent leakage.

6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, about 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).

7. Fry each egg roll until golden brown and crispy. Remove from pan and place on a plate with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

8. Serve and enjoy.
