Grilled Chicken Wrap

1. Thinly slice the chicken breast.

2. In a bowl, season the chicken with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil.

3. Cook the seasoned chicken in a hot pan until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4. In the same pan, add chopped red onion and red bell pepper, and cook until softened.

5. Stir in the tomato paste and chicken broth, then return the cooked chicken to the pan. Mix everything together and let it simmer.

6. To make the sauce, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped chives, dill, salt, pepper, pressed garlic, lemon juice, and milk in a separate bowl. Whisk until smooth.

7. Lay a large tortilla flat and spread the sauce over it.

8. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sauce, followed by the chicken and vegetable mixture.

9. Fold the tortilla into a wrap.

10. Grill the wrap on a panini press or in a pan until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

11. Cut the wrap in half and serve.
